H.R. 7335 would require the Department of Justice (DOJ), in consultation with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to report monthly to the Congress about encounters and arrests of aliens (non-U.S. nationals) who are in the terrorist screening database. The terrorist screening database contains identifying information of known or suspected terrorists, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation shares that information with law enforcement, intelligence, and homeland security agencies.
