S. 693 would authorize the Bureau of Reclamation to participate in developing a project to reclaim and reuse groundwater in Hermiston, Oregon. The bill also would deauthorize the Willow Lake Natural Treatment System Project in Oregon. Assuming appropriation of the necessary amounts, CBO estimates that implementing S. 693 would cost $7 million over the 2014-2018 period.
