H.R.6395 would authorize appropriations totaling $733.7 billion over the 2021-2025 period. Almost all of that amount, $732.4 billion, would be specifically authorized for 2021 for the military functions of the Department of Defense (DoD) and for the atomic energy defense activities of the Department of Energy.
