Estimated Budgetary Effects of Title I, Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, for the Senate Amendment to H.R. 5376, the Build Back Better Act

On December 15, 2021, CBO replaced the estimate that was transmitted on December 10, 2021. In the previous version, the estimate overstated amounts that were available for rescission under section 12102 by $150 million. Thus, the estimated cost of title I was understated by that amount.
