Today, I spoke about CBO’s work and processes to a group of Congressional staff at a conference organized by the Congressional Institute. I discussed the analyses and cost estimates that we do for the Congress and how we do them, as well as frequently asked questions that arise about when we produce dynamic analyses and how we account for new information in our estimates.
I also referred to helpful resources on our website, such as the ”10 Things to Know About CBO,” and as I regularly do when I meet with Congressional staff, I encouraged them to reach out to me with questions or to contact other members of CBO’s staff.
