Estimated Budgetary Effects of H.R. 7776, the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263)

CBO estimates that P.L. 117-263 will not increase on-budget deficits by more than $5 billion in any of the four consecutive 10-year periods beginning in 2033. CBO also estimates that some provisions that are not shown in the table will have insignificant effects on direct spending and revenues.
