Division A would provide for the continuation, through December 16, 2022, of the appropriations and authorities contained in the 12 regular appropriation acts for fiscal year 2022. Division B would provide emergency-designated supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2023 to respond to the situation in Ukraine and to provide related assistance. Divisions C through G would make changes to a variety of other programs that affect direct spending or revenues.
